X2 RECORDS LABEL

X2 Records Label is a separate professional relationship from the X2 technology platform. Working with the platform does not automatically create a Label relationship.

X2 Records Label works with selected artists and recordings through separately agreed terms.

Label work may include artist development, promotion, release strategy and professional coordination.

Depending on the agreement, X2 Records Label may coordinate distribution, release delivery and related release operations.

Label work may include promotion, DSP and playlist pitching, campaign coordination and audience development.

Where included in the applicable agreement, X2 may assist with Master rights, claims, rights protection and related professional matters.

Performance and audience information may be used to support release strategy, promotion and artist development.

Artists working with X2 Records Label may have a designated manager or professional contact for the relevant project.

A Label relationship exists only through a separate agreement defining the selected recordings, rights, territory, term, exclusivity and commercial terms.

Publishing, composition and songwriting rights are not automatically transferred as part of a Label relationship.
