Anti-Fraud & Platform Integrity Policy
Rules and enforcement for identity fraud, rights fraud, artificial activity, payment fraud and other platform abuse.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to identity fraud, false professional status, rights fraud, unauthorized distribution, artificial streaming or engagement, traffic and advertising fraud, metadata and identifier abuse, royalty and payment fraud, connected-account abuse, API abuse, fraudulent AI disclosures and other conduct that threatens platform integrity.
2. Examples of Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes stolen or forged identities, forged contracts, false ownership claims, intentional duplicate claiming, manipulated streams, bots or incentivized artificial engagement, stolen payment credentials, false beneficiaries, malware, unauthorized access and evasion of prior restrictions.
3. Detection and Review
X2 may use automated systems, provider reports, platform data, user complaints, account signals and manual review to detect possible abuse. An automated flag, complaint or temporary hold is not by itself a strike.
4. Investigation Process
Where appropriate, the process is detection, investigation, evidence review, notice or response opportunity, confirmed decision and enforcement. X2 may preserve relevant evidence and may restrict affected functions during review where necessary to protect rights, funds or systems.
5. First Confirmed Violation
For a first confirmed violation, X2 may remove the affected release, recording, claim or other content, stop affected delivery or monetization, initiate applicable takedowns, cancel related claims and record a first strike.
6. Second Confirmed Violation
For a second confirmed violation, X2 may remove affected content, restrict relevant services, require additional verification and apply a disclosed Anti-Fraud Enforcement Fee or contractual penalty where legally permitted and previously disclosed.
7. Third Confirmed Violation
For a third confirmed violation, X2 may permanently terminate the account with no reinstatement, revoke API credentials and integrations, block replacement accounts used to evade enforcement and preserve required records.
8. Serious Violation Exception
X2 may skip the graduated sequence for sufficiently serious intentional or systemic conduct, including large-scale rights theft, identity theft, forged contracts, organized artificial streaming, major payment fraud, stolen credentials, malware or security attacks, unauthorized access, coordinated fraud or deliberate sanctions circumvention.
9. Appeals
Where appropriate and legally required, a user may request review of a final enforcement decision under the Complaints, Appeals & Enforcement Review Policy.
10. False Reports
Knowingly false complaints, fabricated evidence or malicious reports may themselves constitute abuse. Good-faith reports are not violations merely because the claim is not ultimately confirmed.
11. Records
X2 may retain enforcement and fraud records where necessary for repeat-offender prevention, security, rights protection, provider compliance and legal claims.
