Subprocessor & Service Provider List
Framework for transparency about third parties that process data or provide operational services to X2.
1. Purpose
X2 may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, communications, analytics, identity, payment, distribution, rights or other service providers to operate supported services.
2. Actual Production Providers Only
Only providers actually used in production should be identified as subprocessors or service providers. X2 does not publish speculative or planned vendors as if they were current processors.
3. Roles
A provider may act as an X2 subprocessor, independent controller, joint participant in a transaction or separate service provider depending on the actual processing and legal relationship. The role is determined by function, not by label alone.
4. Information Maintained
The production list may identify provider name, service, processing purpose, data categories, processing region and legal role where appropriate.
5. Changes
X2 may add, replace or remove providers as infrastructure evolves. Material processor changes will be handled according to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
6. Current List
The current provider list is maintained from verified production infrastructure and contracts. Where a named-provider list is not yet displayed publicly, customers may request current information at privacy@x2records.com before entering a processing arrangement that requires such disclosure.
7. No Provider Branding as X2 Identity
Third-party providers support X2 services but do not define the X2 platform, customer ownership or canonical rights records.
